It started in an effort to reduce my wife’s workload as she took on more and more computer coding work I was as surprised as anyone that I enjoyed cooking. That may be because I have my own way of cooking.

I don’t get stressed over recipies and measurements (unless I am measuring seasonings). If it calls for chicken and all I have is pork chops, then pork chops it is. No heavy cream, then use milk. Sometimes that works, but not always. It takes knowledge of what does taste good.

Taste is a fairly personal thing. Good Taste is even more personal. Not everyone can agree that something tastes good. So when I say Food that Tastes Good, I am talking about food that tastes good to ME.

You should concentrate on food that tastes good to YOU. I am sure our tastes overlap somewhat. I would consider my tastes to be fairly normal but leaning to the spicy side of flavors.

So have a look around. You will find stuff varying from standard meat and potatoes dishes to the more interesting smoked chicken.
